Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough individual assessments and reviews of care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records in accordance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Legislation.
- Mentor and support a team of nurses who promote a holistic approach to resident care.
- Ensure the Clinical Care requirements for residents are met through the application of best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration.
- Full work rights in Australia – sponsorship available.
- Ability to commence work upon completion of compliance requirements.
- Two professional references from most recent employer/s.
- Proven experience working in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
