About This Opportunity

We are seeking a casual outdoor staff to join our team across various positions. The successful applicant will have experience in horticulture or tree maintenance work, operating plant and equipment.

This role involves working outdoors, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in varying weather conditions. You will be responsible for maintaining parks and gardens, including vegetation and street beautification tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. A current driver's licence is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of parks and gardens, including vegetation and street beautification tasks
  • Operation of plant and equipment, such as chippers, chainsaws, tractors, and mowers
  • Lifting heavy loads and working in varying weather conditions
  • Working as part of a team to achieve common goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in horticulture or tree maintenance work
  • Ability to operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Physical fitness to undertake labouring work outdoors
  • Current driver's licence
