We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies
  • Representing the central HR services of Belgravia Leisure
  • Overseeing the recruitment function for the contracts
  • Maintaining policies and procedures across all six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in human resources
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work out of all 6 sites as needed
