About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with our customer service and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely support to our retail store teams on product availability, customer enquiries, and order processing.
  • Keeping management informed of order status updates.
  • Assisting with quality-checking incoming orders to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Supporting our packing and warehouse team during peak periods.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in retail customer service or stock management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with CRM software such as ZenDesk & Magento.
