  • Assist with casting, splinting, DME (durable medical equipment) and general patient and surgical care.
  • Assist in procedure and general maintenance of equipment, supplies and exam rooms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Orthopedic Technologist Certification preferred.
  • Experience and Training: One year PTA, OTA, Exercise Physiology, Medical Assistant (with Orthopedic/Sports Medicine experience) in lieu of Ortho Tech Certification.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology; basic computer skills; ability to effectively interact with diverse patient populations.
