Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Digital Transformation to lead our operational and commercial leadership towards achieving organizational objectives. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this key position will drive the digital transformation agenda, focusing on adoption and innovation. Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading the current digital transformation initiative with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and change management.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DIRECT AND INDIRECT TEAM MEMBERS, FOSTERING A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT ENCOURAGES TRUST AND OPEN COMMUNICATION.
  • External engagement with key stakeholders, including government ministers, Child Safety Department representatives, NDIS personnel, and other relevant parties.
  • DIRECT INVOLVEMENT IN ENGAGING AND SUPPORTING CLIENTS, INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS, AS THIS ROLE WILL OPERATE IN A HANDS-ON CAPACITY.
  • Collaborating with the board to formulate strategies from inception to implementation, driving the organization towards its long-term goals.

The successful candidate will have prior executive experience in digital transformation, operations, and delivering commercial growth. They should possess transferable skills where they have successfully guided businesses through change, achieving commercial outcomes. Experience operating at a national level is highly desirable. Effective stakeholder engagement, both internal and external, is paramount for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking abilities, prioritize core business aspects, and maintain emotional resilience.


 


The Successful Applicant


We are looking for an experienced leader who can navigate the complexities of the present while shaping the future trajectory of our organization in partnership with the board. Strong relationships-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on values such as integrity, empathy, and excellence in care delivery are essential. Previous experience providing services to government entities is highly desirable but not essential.


Estimated Salary: AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum
