Plumbing Trainee

The Role:

In partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, the Reece Group is seeking Year 10 students for School-based Traineeships. This opportunity allows students to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch. The traineeship involves completing certificate requirements such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This position is based at the Plumbing Cranbourne branch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Embracing Reece's values, policies, and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Completing all requirements of the certificate.
• Processing sales and managing stock.
• Answering phone calls to take messages and orders.
• Communicating effectively with customers and staff.
• Broadening product knowledge.
• Ensuring follow-up with customers.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the branch.
