About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Mad Mex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Baja-style burrito restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, managing the day-to-day activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of hospitality professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Manage the ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or fast-food environment
