About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older Australians. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and varied activities to ensure residents have their best day every day.

As a dedicated and passionate individual, you will provide personal care and emotional support to residents, ensuring they feel valued, safe, and connected within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and varied activities to residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
