Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking a customer service focused leader to manage our back of house operations, including receiving and replenishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading team members to attain excellence in these areas.

The role involves maintaining accuracy with cycle counts and negative stock, as well as managing stock levels and leading refill teams. Planning and executing annual stocktakes is also a key aspect of this position.
