Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer inquiries.
- Use your excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
