Surgical Nursing Opportunity
About the Role:
Healthscope is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our surgical department in various roles, including full-time and part-time capacities. As a Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be part of a high-functioning team delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include supervising and guiding nursing team members, delivering patient education and support, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' Registered Nursing experience in an acute surgical environment
- Police Check
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate or working towards in relevant speciality (Desirable)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, motivated and customer focused
