Job Summary

As a Customer Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales and service experiences to our trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Achieve sales targets through a proactive and innovative approach, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and gross margin
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role

  • Experience in business development or account management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
