Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned medical writer to lead the creation of high-quality writing deliverables.

Your primary focus will be on managing medical writing activities associated with individual studies, coordinating these activities within and across departments with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with stakeholders to produce writing deliverables that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and accurate medical writing deliverables, ensuring scientific information is presented effectively.
  • Manage medical writing activities for individual studies, including coordination within and across departments.
  • Create a variety of documents, including clinical study protocols, reports, patient narratives, annual reports, investigator brochures, informed consents, summaries, periodic safety update reports, clinical development plans, submissions, journal manuscripts, and abstracts, posters, and presentations.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards, including ICH E3 guidelines, company procedures, client requirements, and approved templates, authorship guidelines, and style guides.
  • Ensure quality and editorial reviews, managing source documentation appropriately.
  • Provide peer review services for the internal team to ensure document content, clarity, consistency, and proper format.
