The Role

To Be Eligible

You must have recently graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2026.

Applicants should hold a degree from one of the following fields:

  • Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil, Geotechnical, Metallurgy, Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Mining, Environmental, Instrumentation Control, and Automation.
  • Science: Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (surveying), and Geographical Information Systems.
  • Health Science: Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Health, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedical Science, and Nursing.
  • Technology: Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Software Engineering, and Mathematics.
  • Business: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, and Commerce.

Candidates should demonstrate strong academic background, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Teamwork ability is also essential.
