Supply Chain Specialist

This exciting position offers an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring seamless operations at our Moruya branch. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for warehousing and stock control as well as supporting customers throughout the sales process from processing orders through to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, handle and store rural products safely and accurately
• Pick and pack customer orders to meet delivery timeframes
• Assist with stocktakes and general inventory control
• Support customers by processing sales, preparing quotes and invoices
• Carry out general branch administration tasks, including banking, purchasing and reporting

About You

• A current forklift licence and Medium Rigid truck licence
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or customer service environment
• Basic knowledge of rural or agricultural products, or a willingness to learn
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
