Online Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Online Learning Facilitator.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences through academic content created by partner academics and the learning design team. You will also facilitate engaging learning activities to support student success and manage assessment tasks, including moderation, marking, feedback, and processing results within set timelines.
Your primary focus will be on facilitating student learning and supporting their goals. You will work closely with students, academics, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive the best possible educational experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A tertiary qualification in Criminology and/or Politics, preferably postgraduate.
- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
- A passion for student success and online learning.
- Excellent communication skills and clarity in delivery.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to maintain an engaging online presence.
- Proactive and well-organized approach.
- Comfortable working remotely.
