About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Analyst Graduate. This role offers a unique opportunity for graduates who are looking to commence a successful career in the growing Defence Industry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various disciplines and contracts, expanding their network and building their skills. They will be responsible for developing business awareness, personal effectiveness, technical knowledge, and professional growth through hands-on and meaningful work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Be in your final year of study of a University Degree; or Have completed your Degree or Masters within last 2 years;
  • Be an Australian Citizen in order to be eligible for Defence Security Clearance;
  • Possess exceptional communication skills;
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritise workload;
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;
