We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team in Perth, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects in the Natural Resources industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned risk management professional to leverage their expertise and make a significant impact on our clients' projects.

The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure effective project delivery and compliance with industry standards;
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to inform decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities;
  • Coordinating risk reviews and reporting to facilitate accurate understanding of actual and potential risk exposures;
  • Providing expert advice to project management teams on risk management best practices;
  • Supporting project controls and contract management functions as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
  • At least 8 years of experience working in complex, large-scale projects in the Natural Resources industry;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies;
  • High-level attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
