The Opportunity:
The HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce, contributing to our client's people-first approach. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, providing guidance to stakeholders
- Coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing training support, ensuring new starters are successfully integrated
- Support team leaders with performance management and guide disciplinary processes
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and performance appraisals
- Present group inductions and workplace behavior training
- Drive HR process improvements, such as refining recruitment processes and enhancing management induction programs
- Collaborate closely with team leaders across different departments, offering HR support and advice
- A seasoned HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, ideally within a similar industry or dynamic environment
- Adaptable and collaborative, with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse personalities and teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A warm, approachable, and trustworthy professional who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Hybrid working environment with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week
