Physical Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Exercise Physiologist.
The successful candidate will contribute to the holistic assessment of consumers' physical health, developing and implementing individualized exercise programs tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and address consumers' physical health needs.
- Design and implement effective exercise programs that meet the unique requirements of each consumer.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and acceptability of these programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Create educational resources for consumers, their families, carers, and clinicians to support optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Exercise Physiologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with at least 3 years relevant post-registration experience.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of palliative care, haematology/oncology, motor neuron diseases, COPD, transplant or other life-limiting illnesses.
- Proficiency in using Windows environment and health data systems.
- Holding a current unrestricted Class C Driver's License.
