Group Fitness Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Group Fitness Instructor to lead our high-energy classes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and motivating environments that encourage participants to reach their fitness goals.

  • Develop and deliver group exercise programs that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Conduct warm-up and cool-down exercises, as well as monitor participant safety throughout the class.
  • Ensure accurate delivery and promotion of Les Mills and other relevant fitness programs.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and management to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in group fitness instruction, preferably with experience teaching Les Mills programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage participants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Current first aid certification and a willingness to obtain any additional training or certifications as required.
