Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Litigator to join our team, from Senior Associate to Special Counsel level, with opportunities to advance and achieve your career goals. As a Litigator, you will handle a broad range of commercial litigation cases, including insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate disputes, building and construction, defamation, contractual and partnership disputes, body corporate disputes, insurance disputes, employment disputes, and wills and estates litigation.
You will have the opportunity to engage in personal injury cases, including motor accidents, work cover, public liability, historical abuse, and TPD claims, though this is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting demand letters and preparing court documents
- Representing clients in court and QCAT
- Managing both plaintiff and defendant matters
