Job Description

A caring and energetic nanny is required to support the nurturing of two children in a loving family setting.

  • Care for the well-being of the children
  • Develop and implement daily routines that cater to their needs
  • Engage in outdoor activities such as park visits or playground excursions
  • Conduct age-appropriate play and engage in activities that foster the children's development
  • Transport the eldest child from school when necessary
  • Perform light household duties including tidying main living areas, washing dishes, organizing toys and play areas, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Occasionally undertake errands on behalf of the family

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a nanny
  • Desirable: childcare qualification and current first aid certificate
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Non-smoker
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Full driving license and clean driving record (own vehicle preferred but not essential)

The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, and playful, with a passion for engaging in imaginative and sensory play with the children. They should also be willing to explore various outdoor and indoor spaces with the children.
