Disability Employment Services Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced DES Coordinator to lead our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in disability employment services and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading a diverse team of Job Development Officers to deliver positive outcomes for clients
- Building relationships with disability employment related organisations to maximise business opportunities
- Monitoring staff performance and activities
- Ensuring the service meets Department of Social Services requirements
- Managing site referrals, employment outcomes and claims
Selection Criteria:
- Experience within disability employment services
- Proven leadership skills within a DES Employment Support Service program
- Ability to manage within a continuously changing operating environment
- Proven ability to achieve high performance outcomes through others
- Skills in developing marketing strategies, work plans and practices
- Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local community
- A valid car license is required
- Willingsness to obtain a Blue card/NDIS Worker Screening Card
- A valid Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
