Key Responsibilities

As an RMN with Nurseplus, you will take on a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behavior.
  • Providing therapeutic support such as one-to-one counseling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

  • Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.
