Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, management, and delivery of risk and insurance advisory projects
- Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers within the Due Diligence Team
- Coach and mentor junior due diligence team members
- Conduct healthchecks of current insurance programs and analyze key contractual agreements from an insurance perspective
- Provide insurance-related mergers and acquisitions advice and insights to clients and deal parties
- Build internal relationships and coordinate specialist advice and services provided by other Aon practices
- Liaise with internal Aon teams to implement insurance programs arising from the team's advisory services
- Support business development activities, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for potential new projects
- Experience in insurance broking and account management for corporate and/or global accounts
- Delivering superior client service by being responsive and available to meet clients' demands
- Collegiate attitude and good communication and relationship building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail in analyzing information
- Experience working in a deadline-driven work environment
- Interest in learning about Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and insurance and risk advisory due diligence processes
- Degree in Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field
- Tier 1 or Diploma qualification
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
