Job Title: Protection Officer

We are currently seeking candidates to work at our clubs and events in the area.

You will be responsible for enforcing regulations, ensuring public safety, following protocols and providing customer service.

Successful Applicants will require:

  • 1AC security licence
  • RSA and RCG
  • First aid
  • Driver's licence
  • Reliable transport
  • High customer service skills

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Protection Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons and staff.

Responsibilities

As a Protection Officer, your primary responsibility will be to enforce regulations and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures. This will involve working closely with other teams to identify potential risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to incidents and providing first aid when necessary. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly and responsive to our patrons' needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A 1AC security licence
  • RSA and RCG certifications
  • First aid training
  • A driver's licence
  • Reliable transportation
  • High customer service skills
