We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our Visual Arts department as a Teacher Assistant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing art supplies, supporting teachers with student learning, and providing assistance in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain art supplies to ensure efficient use and availability.
- Support teachers with student learning, either individually or in groups, promoting academic growth and development.
- Provide assistance in a busy environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- A commitment to education and a passion for teaching.
- Genuine care for students' wellbeing and safety.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to work effectively with staff and students.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in education, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for students.
