We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team at Hunter Recruitment Group.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, domestic duties, and social engagement.
- Support clients with medication management as part of their care plans.
- Provide a reliable and compassionate presence, helping clients feel valued and comfortable within their own homes.
- Accurately document care activities using an iPad and report any concerns or observations to the Coordinator or Admin team.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Willing to undertake and pass a Police Check.
- 2 x COVID Vaccinations.
- Flexible Part-Time Hours - Maintain a healthy work-life balance.

- Receive an iPad for documentation and paid kilometers for travel.
