Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Mental Health Support Worker in our organization. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals with mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to clients in line with their NDIS goals
  • Travel to various locations as required (travel allowance may be applicable)
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans that meet the needs of clients

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate IV or above in Mental Health, Early Childhood, Disability, or related field
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • COVID Vaccination
  • Current valid driver's license and insurance
