Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Practice Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our practices and providing strategic leadership to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.

In this role, you will work closely with our corporate support departments and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes that enhance our ability to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets and manage financial resources to ensure effective use of funds.
  • Quality Metrics: Monitor and evaluate quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following are the minimum qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
  • 5+ Years Experience: In healthcare management or a related field.

Prior experience as a Director of Practice Operations or similar role is preferred. Certification by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) is also a plus.
