As an experienced OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, you will work closely with consumers and their families to increase independence and safety in the home. You will assess consumers' level of functioning, collaborate with consumers to develop individual therapy goals, and implement interventions such as home modifications and assistive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interventions, including working with individuals and families
  • Collaborate with consumers to develop individual therapy goals
  • Implement interventions such as home modifications and assistive technology
  • Communicate with consumers' Care Advisors

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) to practice with the National Board
  • Has previous experience in occupational therapy assessments and interventions
  • Has experience and enthusiasm in assessment and service delivery to aged clients living in the community
  • Has well-developed communication, planning, organisational and time management skills
