Top Travel Industry Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Broadbeach. As a senior business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in capturing business requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of new travel booking systems.
About the Role:- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team.
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
- Provide leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
- Experience in travel or other internet-scale environments is desirable.
- A strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
- Extensive proven experience in key business analysis discipline areas including requirements elicitation and documentation (as user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria), process analysis and documentation, and organisational strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement.
- Well-developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
- The ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
- Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- A business analyst formal qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is highly regarded.
- UI/UX experience is highly regarded.
