About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level advice and undertake complex projects that support our funding objectives.

The role reports to the Principal Advisor and liaises extensively with executives and senior management, including the preparation of formal advice through briefings and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting of grant deeds and memorandums on behalf of the state government, and coordinate reporting and acquittal processes.
  • Coordinate the delivery of accurate and timely information and advice to stakeholders regarding funded projects, grants, and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships between the state government, local government, and the construction industry by providing reliable and well-informed advice.
  • Undertake project activities including investigations, assessments, planning, and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of business systems and design frameworks that support the effective delivery of public spaces.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing project management, operational, and corporate support.
  • General knowledge of government policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • High level written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
