Job Summary

Costco Wholesale is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking and straightening merchandise, clearing and cleaning aisles, and assisting members with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and straighten merchandise for sale in the warehouse
  • Clean and clear aisles to maintain a safe and organized shopping environment
  • Assist members with their shopping needs, including loading large items into their carts and directing them to products
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities
  • Perform daily tasks and responsibilities, including spotting for forklift drivers and following merchandising standards and practices

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings
