We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a General Practice Nurse in Belmont, Geelong. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.
The ideal candidate will have relevant nursing qualifications, current AHPRA registration, and experience in aged care. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive chronic disease management plans and health assessments.
- Administer immunisations and provide wound care and minor procedures as required.
- Manage stock and vaccine ordering, ensuring timely delivery of essential supplies.
