The Lismore Whitegoods Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused individual to join them in delivering Great Service, Always to their customers.
As a Home Sales Professional, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, providing product information and recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for retail, be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills. You should also enjoy working in a team environment and be flexible across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with purchasing decisions and providing product information and recommendations
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
