Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The People and Culture Office. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children enrolled in our centre.
Our centre is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the development of young children. We believe in the importance of play-based learning and provide opportunities for children to explore and discover their surroundings.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor) and a demonstrated passion for early childhood learning. You will be responsible for delivering educational programs according to the Early Year Learning Framework-Belonging, Being & Becoming and the National Quality Framework, liaising with families and supporting the development of your colleagues.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children, and who is passionate about working with families to support their child's development.
