Key Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic gymnasts to join our team as Beginner Coaches. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and safe environment where children can develop their gymnastics skills and build confidence.

About the Role
  • Break down skills into simple, achievable steps and provide positive reinforcement.
  • Communicate effectively with young children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
  • Manage groups of energetic children, maintaining focus and ensuring a structured and productive environment.
  • Develop high-energy lesson plans that are fun, engaging, and progressive.
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a recognized gymnastics coaching certification.
  • Have proven experience coaching, teaching, or supervising children in the 4-10 age range.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of basic gymnastics progressions for preschool and beginner-level skills on all apparatus.
  • Knowledge of gym safety protocols, proper spotting techniques, and equipment setup/usage.
