Our client is a leading law firm with a highly ranked Intellectual Property practice in Australia.

The Role
  • Lead and support patent litigation matters, including validity and infringement proceedings.
  • Advise on contentious IP disputes and enforcement strategies across patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information.
  • Draft court documents, expert evidence summaries, and strategic position papers for domestic and cross-border disputes.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to deliver commercially focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex technical issues.
  • Apply industry knowledge to practical solutions.
  • Support team initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years PQE in intellectual property law at a top-tier or specialist firm.
  • Hands-on experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrable technical aptitude.
  • Proven track record advising on complex litigation and advisory IP work in a client-facing capacity.
