Disability Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Employment Consultant to provide employment solutions for individuals with disabilities.

About the Job:

  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills and become job ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure high-quality service delivery
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve great outcomes and make a difference in the lives of others

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
