We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gardening Supervisor.

As a member of our Property Care team, you will play a key role in leading a crew of supported employees in completing gardening and grounds maintenance tasks for commercial contracts. Your expertise and guidance will be invaluable in helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also have a sound knowledge of health and safety practices and be able to maintain accurate records.

About the role

  • Supervise and work with supported employees in gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts
  • Support employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations
  • Maintain safe work practices including the operation of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for providing guidance and motivation and getting the best out of people
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Current Western Australian licence essential - LR license highly regarded
