Plumbing Trainee

We are seeking motivated students to join our team as School-based Traineeships, where you will have the opportunity to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

This traineeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive on-the-job training. You will be working in a dynamic branch environment, developing essential skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales processing, stock management, and product knowledge.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to:

• Emit the company values, policies, and procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Complete all requirements of the certificate
• Process sales transactions efficiently
• Manage stock effectively
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge
• Provide excellent follow-up services to customers
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the branch.

The estimated salary for this role is $600-$800 per week, commensurate with industry standards and taking into account the location of the Plumbing Burwood branch.
