Cardiac Catheter Lab Administrator Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Cardiology team as an administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support associated with wait listing of patients, including booking of procedures, appointments, procedure/appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using relevant information systems in a timely manner. Maintenance of the Cardiac Catheter Lab theatre schedule and assistance with the organisation of Cardiology pre-admission clinic are also key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.**Job Requirements** 
  • Administration experience and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with IPM and EPIC systems
  • Strong IT skills
