Nursery Nurse Job Opportunity

At our nursery, we strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for children to grow and develop. Our team of dedicated professionals are committed to ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and education.

As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in assisting with the daily activities associated with childcare, including health, welfare, safety, and physical development. You will work closely with other members of the team to plan and prepare meals, activities, rest times, cleaning, and laundry.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as personal drive and self-confidence. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who can work cooperatively with colleagues at all levels.

Essential Requirements
  • Qualified to NNEB, BTEC or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare Studies, with prior experience of working in a childcare establishment.
  • Knowledge of child welfare issues and understand the importance of setting goals and objectives.
  • Basic food hygiene and a first aid certificate would be preferable, although not essential as full training can be provided.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and able to work independently.
