Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to fill a leadership role within our growing joinery workshop.

Responsibilities

1. Program jobs and assign staff as required">
2. Maintain quality standards in work">
3. Train and mentor a team of apprentices">
4. Maintain machines and ensure a safe work environment">
5. Provide technical assistance to sales team">
6. Liaise with clients for troubleshooting purposes">
7. Complete paperwork correctly">

Requirements

• A trade background as a Cabinetmaker, experienced with solid timber, doors, benchtops, stairs, and step treads">
• Previous experience in management is advantageous">
• Able to follow and enforce safety procedures">
• Capable of working autonomously and eager to learn and succeed">
• Developed communication skills, both written and verbal">
