About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and optimizing warehouse space to ensure timely availability of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
- Shipping and Receiving: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all required documentation is correct and complete.
- Warehouse Organization: Assist in organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety, helping to streamline operations.
- Logistics Support: Work closely with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Product Returns: Manage product returns and proactively resolve stock discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain key reports, such as stock counts, shipment schedules, and inventory status updates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with ease.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork: A team player who can also work independently and take initiative to solve challenges.
- Certifications: Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.
