Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level care to critically ill patients in a regional ICU setting.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Contribute to the education and development of junior medical staff, including teaching and mentoring.
Requirements
  • FCICM or equivalent qualification.
  • High-level knowledge and skills in intensive care medicine, with experience in caring for critically ill patients.
