Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute transformer installation, commissioning, testing, repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities as per customer requirements and standard and OEM guidelines.
  • Proactively identify potential opportunities to improve reliability of equipment and recommend actions through communication with the team and customer.
  • Diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage service activities from start to finish, including coordination with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen working relationships with customers.
  • Interact with and support sales teams on potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare all required safety, financial, operational, and technical documents and reports associated with service activities.
  • Identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
  • Undertake product training to develop skill sets and enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrician with 5+ years of field experience in transformer service.
  • Customer-focused with ability to communicate effectively, work within a team, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
